Aged 60 years or older
Able to walk independently
Assessed as a low falls risk
assessed as having intact cognitive functioning
Attended 80% of cardiac rehabilitation sessions
Assessed as having functional hearing

Exclusion Criteria

Individuals less than 60 years of age.
