- ASA physical status I-II
- aged 20-65 yr (adults)
Exclusion Criteria
- rhinitis
- bleeding diatheses
- requirement of awake intubation
- a previous major oral and maxillofacial surgery history
- anatomical deformity of the face, neck and upper airway
