Inclusion Criteria
100 patients of ASA I and II grade, age range of 20-50 yrs and weighing 40-60 kg, undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy who gave informed consent for participating in the study will be selected.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with cardio-respiratory, renal, hepatic or endocrine disorder and with predicted difficult airway will be excluded from the study.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Pulse Rate and Blood pressure.Timepoint: During period of exchange of ETT with OPA/LMA, patientâ??s heart rate (HR) and systolic blood pressure (SBP) will be recorded just prior to OPA/LMA placement, post OPA/LMA placement, pre-extubation, post-extubation, and thereafter at 3 and 5 min, immediately after OPA/LMA removal, and after 3 and 5 min.
