- •-Scheduled for orotracheal intubation during elective supine surgery under GA

- •- Anticipated difficult airway
- •- Airway surgeries
- •- Head and neck surgeries
- •- Use of throat pack
- •- Patients with Body Mass Index (BMI ) >35 kg/m2
