- •1\.Primigravid post\-caesarean mothers with term new born
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Primigravid mother with deep vein thrombosis
- •2\.Primigravid mother with baby in NICU
- •3\.Post caesarean mothers with breast feeding problems like cracked nipples, inverted nipple, flat nipple, and breast engorgement
