- •1.Primigravid post-caesarean mothers with term new born
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Primigravid mother with deep vein thrombosis
- •2.Primigravid mother with baby in NICU
- •3.Post caesarean mothers with breast feeding problems like cracked nipples, inverted nipple, flat nipple, and breast engorgement
