subjects having decreased Transverse Abdominis recruitment i.e.
Deep Muscle Contraction Scale score 0-5
Pressure Biofeedback Unit score 0-2 mm Hg
Willing to participate voluntarily in the study
History of recent trauma or fracture in spine or ribs, back pain in past 6 months, back, abdominal or cardiac Surgery, smoking
Pregnant females or before 6 months post partum
History of psychological disorders, Significant respiratory conditions like asthma, COPD, Congenital musculoskeletal disorders
Regular use of analgesic or anti-inflammatory drugs
