1. Patients with hip fracture: femoral neck fracture, femoral intertrochanteric fracture, acetabular fracture;
2. Patients over 65 years old;
3. Patients with ASA grade I ~ III;
4. The preoperative MMSE score of patients with secondary school score > 24, primary school score > 20 and illiteracy score > 17;
5. The patient signs the informed consent.
1. Patients with severe visual and hearing impairment or unable to communicate with the visitors due to other reasons;
2. Patients with senile dementia, cerebral hemorrhage, sequelae of stroke, pacemaker installation and other important organ failure;
3. Patients with epilepsy, alcoholism, nervous system diseases and mental history;
4. Patients whose preoperative examination indicated renal dysfunction (serum creatinine > 177 µ mol / L) or active liver disease.
