Inclusion Criteria
a) students of Hochschule für Gesundheit Bochum, b) age > 18 years c) basic skills in german language (reading and understanding)
Exclusion Criteria
a) acute low back pain, b) spinal chirurgical interventions in patient history, c) wounds, hematoma or else in the lower back region, d) severe impairments of vision, e) severe impairment of intellectual cognition, f) red flags indicating severe diseases

Name Time Method changes in pressure pain thresholds of the lower back measured via analogue algometer (Force Dial, Wagner Instruments) directly before and after observation of the video/book.
