Inclusion Criteria
- •a) students of Hochschule für Gesundheit Bochum, b) age \> 18 years c) basic skills in german language (reading and understanding)
Exclusion Criteria
- •a) acute low back pain, b) spinal chirurgical interventions in patient history, c) wounds, hematoma or else in the lower back region, d) severe impairments of vision, e) severe impairment of intellectual cognition, f) red flags indicating severe diseases
