入选标准
- •1. According to the diagnosis standard of bone metastasis, the primary focus was clear;
- •2. For patients with moderate or severe pain caused by bone metastasis, VAS score >=4;
- •3. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign informed consent;
- •4. Patients with expected survival longer than 3 months;
- •5. Aged more than 18 years old.
排除标准
- •1. There were severe complications such as respiratory depression and fever;
- •2. The patient is delirious and can't judge the degree of pain correctly;
- •3. Treatment of local cancerous ulcer or sore site ulceration;
- •4. Pathological fracture has occurred or has high risk factors of pathological fracture.
