Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosed cases of Idiopathic Parkinsons disease
Chronicity not more than 5 years
Patients on stable medications for Idiopathic Parkinsons disease
Stable co morbidities
Individuals willing to give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
Stages of 4 and 5 of Parkinsons diseases based on Hoehn and Yarh scale
Secondary Parkinsonism
Pregnant and lactating women
