Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The patients aged between 18 to 35 years old.
- •\-All participants must have a healthy status (ASA class I and II )
- •\-Patients who have at least one impacted lower third molar without any inflammation or pathology that require both bone removal and tooth section.
- •\-Patient who is able to return for follow\-up on the scheduled date, 7 days after the surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Patient who is allergic to medications used in this study
- •\-Patient during pregnancy or breastfeeding
- •\-Patient with systemic disease contraindicated to magnesium.
- •\-Patient with a psychiatric disorder
- •\-Patient with drug abuse
- •\-Patient with ongoing pain originated from mandibular third molar or orofacial region
- •\-Patient who currently taking medication that effects post\-operative pain or magnesium level
- •\-Patient who is unable to write the record form
