- 性别
- All
入选标准
- •The patients aged between 18 to 35 years old.
- •-All participants must have a healthy status (ASA class I and II )
- •-Patients who have at least one impacted lower third molar without any inflammation or pathology that require both bone removal and tooth section.
- •-Patient who is able to return for follow-up on the scheduled date, 7 days after the surgery.
排除标准
- •-Patient who is allergic to medications used in this study
- •-Patient during pregnancy or breastfeeding
- •-Patient with systemic disease contraindicated to magnesium.
- •-Patient with a psychiatric disorder
- •-Patient with drug abuse
- •-Patient with ongoing pain originated from mandibular third molar or orofacial region
- •-Patient who currently taking medication that effects post-operative pain or magnesium level
- •-Patient who is unable to write the record form
