Inclusion Criteria

  • •Healthy participants
  • •Aged 18-65 years
  • •Free of overt coronary disease
  • •BMI < 35
  • •Fasting plasma glucose <6.1 mmol
  • •Unmedicated
  • •No major illness

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Unable to give informed consent
  • •Participants with alcoholism
