Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion criteria for study participants are
(1) persons over 60 and their family caregivers
(2) either male or female
(3) residents in study site districts
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion criteria are
(1) persons over 60 or their family caregivers without informed consent
(2) persons who cannot understand the explanation for informed consent with any language support
