Inclusion Criteria
1.BMI > 29.5
2.Grade 1 and Grade 2 Osteoarthritis of Knee (Kellgren & Lawrence system classification)
3.Positive active knee extension test (Popliteal angle > 20â?°).
4.Participant able to do 90â?° knee flexion in prone
Exclusion Criteria
1.Traumatic injury to knee.
2.Limb length discrepancy.
3.Any history of Hip, Knee, Ankle injury.
4.Surgery prior to the study.
5.Any local systemic infection.
6.Fixed deformity in limb
