Inclusion Criteria
1.ASA Class I- II randomized
2.Patients aged =18 to = 60 years of both sexes.
3.Patients undergoing elective upper major abdominal surgery : hepatectomy, splenectomy, common bile duct exploration, Whipple and others.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Body mass index (BMI) =35 kg/m2 or =15 kg/m2.
2.History of relevant drug allergy.
3.History of alcohol or analgesics dependence.
