Inclusion Criteria

Patients with large common bile duct stone who failed stone removal after conventional ERCP with papillary large balloon dilation

Exclusion Criteria

- Uncorrected coagulopathy
- Unstable vital signs
- Unstopped anticoagulation
- Surgically altered anatomy
- Malignant biliary stricture
