Inclusion Criteria
i.Duration of illness: less than 5 years.
ii.Age: 17 years to 65 years.
iii.Sex: Either gender.
Exclusion Criteria
i.Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension
ii.Patients of Rheumatoid arthritis who have developed deformities
iii.Systemic arthritis (gout, tubercular arthritis, Systemic lupus erythematous, psoriatic arthritis)
iv.Pregnant and lactating women
