Name Time Method More graduates opting to work as doctors in rural areas | Increasing interest in rural practice during the project period. <br><br>Measurement times: <br>t1a/t1b - before/after implementation of the 1st block (2022)<br>t2a/t2b - before/after implementation of the 2nd block (2023)<br>t3a/t3b - before/after realisation of the 3rd block (2024)<br>t4a/t4b - before/after realisation of the 4th block (possibly 2025) <br><br>Each year, a new cohort starts with the 1st block at the three participating universities.
