1. Clinical features of Timira (Presbyopia) Which are
1.Avyakta Samipastha Darshana
2.Vihwala Darshana
3.Netrayasa
4.Shirobhitapa
• Netrasrava
2. Patients between 35-55 years of age
3. Patients who are willing to participate in the study including follow up.
1. Patients having Diabetes and Hypertension.
2. Patients having lenticular or corneal opacity and any other known ocular
pathology such as optic atrophy, diabetic retinopathy and hypertensive
retinopathy.
3. History of recent surgical ocular intervention
