- •1. Age >/= 40 years old
- •2. Diagnosed COPD according to GOLD criteria
- •3. Irreversible airflow obstruction
- •4. Post-bronchodilator FEV1 between 35-80 %predicted
排除标准
- •1. History of acute exacerbation of COPD or lower respiratory tract infection within 4 weeks
- •2. Contraindications for spirometry
- •3. Allergy to salbutamol
- •4. Pregnant woman
- •5. Deny to participate
