- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The aim is to comprehensively identify existing specific and unspecific influencing factors and their weighting on patient competence and the care of soldiers in the GAF with deployment-related mental illness from the perspectives of the two interview groups. It is not intended to generate representative results. The sample size is initially set at 30 interview participants per group. The primary endpoint of this qualitative study is determined by the theoretical saturation for the object of investigation, which is reached when the interim analysis of the interviews shows that no further gain in knowledge is to be expected with regard to the questions asked. Similar earlier studies suggest that theoretical saturation and thus achievement of the study objective can be expected after about 15 interviews in each group.
