入选标准
- •Children more than 3 years of age until onset of secondary sexual characters (as assessed by tanner stages for physical changes in puberty) diagnosed with ASD according to DSM-V.
- •children have surge of hormones around 9-10 years in girls and 10-12years in boys and average age of onset of secondary sexual characters for girls is 10 years and boys is 11.5 years thus minimum value 10 is taken.
- •Along with clinical diagnosis of ASD, children should also have significant level of ASD as screened by INCLEN.
排除标准
- •Children less than 3 years of age.
- •Children undergoing pubertal changes.
- •Children with symptoms of medical disorder that could be potentially associated with oxytocin such as renal disease; hypothalamic-pituitary abnormalities.
