Inclusion Criteria
Patient who had knee pain with diagnosis of osteoarthritis. The patients were scheduled for simultaneous bilateral TKA.
Exclusion Criteria
1.had previous knee surgery
2.had previous knee infection
3.had allergy to medicine used in the current protocol
4.history of deep vein thrombosis
5.history of heart disease
6.history of cerebrovascular disease
