Brief Summary: Present study is an observational comparative study conducted to compare the diagnostic value of hysterosalpingography with hysterolaparoscopy in infertile women. Women attending infertility clinic with primary or secondary infertility , who fulfill the inclusion criteria , are enrolled in the study. After performing basic infertility work up, Hysterosalpingography and Hysterolaparoscopy will be performed on each women included in study. The findings and complications of both the procedures will be compared. The diagnostic value of both the procedures in identifying the cause of infertility will be evaluated and compared. **Primary outcome** Comparison of diagnostic value of hysterosalpingography with hysterolaparoscopy **Secondary outcome** Comparison of complications of hysterolaparoscopy as compare to hysterosalpingography

Inclusion Criteria

1.All women attending infertility clinic for treatment (primary and secondary) 2.Age 20-40 years 3.No prior pelvic surgery.

Exclusion Criteria

Exclusion Criteria 1.Known pelvic inflammatory disease 2.Women with acute vaginal and cervical infection 3.Women allergic to dye used in hysterosalpingography 4.Cardiac and respiratory diseases contraindicating CO2 pneumoperitoneum 5.Diaphragmatic and umbilical hernia.
