Inclusion Criteria
1.Clinical features of vitamin B12 (cobalamin) deficiency polyneuropathy like numbness, burning sensation, pricking pain etc.
2.Low levels of serum B12 <= 150 pmol/L (200 pg/mL)
Exclusion Criteria
1. B12 deficiency due to any secondary systemic illness/disease like Malabsoption syndrome, crohnâ??s disease
2. Uncontrolled systemic diseases like Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension
