- •1) Adult (15 years or older ) patients
- •2) Fever (=38 degree centigrade) calculated by tympanic temperature
- •3) Patients who shows hemophagocytosis in bone marrow sample (also satisfying 1) and 2) above)
- •4) Patients who shows cytopenias at least 2 lineages (also satisfying 1) and 2) above)
排除标准
- •Exclusion criteria
- •1) Patients who were treated with intensive chemotherapy within 3 months before screening
- •2) Patients who were already diagnosed as immune thrombocytopenic purpura before
- •3) Patients who were alreadydiagnosed as autoimmune hemolytic anemia or chronic anemia before
- •4) Patients who were previously diagnosed as aplastic anemia before
