- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To evaluate and compare efficacy of locally applied

simvastatin in alveolar ridge preservation in post extraction sockets of maxillary and mandibular molars.Timepoint: Immediate post extraction, at 8 weeks, at 12 weeks
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To evaluate and compare bone density following intra

alveolar extraction of maxillary and mandibular molars with and without the use of local simvastatin.Timepoint: Immediate post extraction, at 8 weeks, at 12 weeks
