- •1. Family lives in 10 km perimeter of 5 local weather stations;
- •2. Family has at least one child aged 6-24 months;
- •3. Family has access to at least 40 m2 land;
- •4. Family has access to a water source;
- •5. Informed consent has been signed

- •1. Residence in the study area is not permanent;
- •2. Child or caregivers have any severe diseases that prevents them from participating actively in the intervention program;
