Inclusion Criteria
1) 4-10 year old healthy children with Franklâ??s behaviour rating 3 and 4
2) Bilateral presence of two primary molars with proximal contact
3) Bilateral presence of two primary molars with proximal lesions detected on Bitewing radiographs
Exclusion Criteria
1) Unco-operative patients with Franklâ??s behaviour rating 1 and 2
2) primary molars supposed to exfoliate in less than 2 years
3) Cavitated proximal lesions
4) Primary molars in contact with a previously restored surface
