简要总结
This is an observational cross-sectional study planned to be conducted in the Pune , Maharashtra among panchakarma therapists. Panchakarma therapy is a physically demanding occupation involving repetitive tasks , posture , duration of therapy sessions , physical workload associated with MSDs among panchakarma therapists.
A total of 96 panchakarma therapists aged 21 - 55 years with minimum of three years work experience will be included. Musculoskeletal symptoms will be evaluated using the Standard Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire , joint range of motion will be assessed using a goniometer as per AAOS standards and postural risk will be analyzed using REBA scale
The study is expected to generate evidence on work-related musculoskeletal risks and support early detection , ergonomic awareness , and preventive strategies to improve occupational health among panchakarma therapists.

- •Panchakarma therapists of both sex between age group 21 to 55 yrs working for minimum of 3 years and at least 5 hours in a day.
排除标准
- •Congenital musculoskeletal anomalies such as Muscular Dystrophy Clubfoot Scoliosis Pregnant women working as panchakarma therapist Panchakarma therapists who are unwilling to participate or unable to complete the study questionnaire Panchakarma therapists with a history of trauma , musculoskeletal injuries or surgery related to the musculoskeletal system.
