入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patient with primary pterygium stage 2, 3,4.
- •2. Patient age > 20 years.
- •3. Patient willing to give consent.
- •4. Patient undergoing pterygium surgery.
- •5. Pterygium causing unfavourable cosmetic appearance.
- •6. Visual impairment.
排除标准
- •1. Patient aged < 20 years.
- •2. Patient with history contact lens wear , previous surgery ,
- •symblepharon , any conjunctival lesion except for pinguecula.
- •3. Disease of cornea that made it impossible to evaluate the
- •impact of the surgery on corneal curvature.
- •4. Previous ocular surgery within 6 months.
- •5. The zero or first stage pterygium.
- •6. Uncooperative patient with disturbed conscious level
- •7. Patient with other significant ocular surface diseases.
- •8. Patient not consenting for the study.
