Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •participants of either gender undergoing cardiac surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with existing pulmonary complications
- •2\. Patients with neuromuscular or old known case of cerebrovascular accident or any other comorbidity that can affect the outcome measures.
- •3\. Use of immunosuppressive medication for 30 days before surgery,
- •4\. Previous cardiac or pulmonary surgery( \< 6 months)
- •5\. Uncooperative patient
