The patients of above 21 years up to 45 years of age, and only males. Cases with semen parameters based on WHO 2010 Criteria for diagnosing

Asthenozoospermia

Exclusion Criteria

Cases which does not fit into WHO 2010 criteria for semen analysis.

Cases with secondary hypogonadism, irreversible azoospermia, and severe systemic

diseases.
