入选标准
- •1. age = 60 years
- •2. retired (working < 10 hours / week)
- •3. able to consent
- •4. no regular physical activity before study inclusion
- •5. willingness and availability to participate in training during the 12-month period regularly
- •6. German as native language
- •7. evidence of a relevant small vessel disease (Fazekas score 1 or higher)
排除标准
- •1. contraindication against magnetic resonance imaging (cardiac pace maker, metal implants, claustrophobia)
- •2. history of a neurological disease with functional impairment
- •3. history of a psychiatric disease with functional impairment
- •4. diagnosis of a dementia or a cognitive impairment relevant for daily life
- •5. malignancy, life expectancy < 12 months
- •6. clinically significant cardiac disease, e.g. insufficiency NYHA III / IV, cardiac infarction within six weeks of inclusion, unsuited for sports
- •7. clinically significant pulmonary disease, e.g. COPD III / IV
- •8. planned surgical procedure during 12 month study intervention
- •9. visual or hearing impairment, interfering with neuropsychological testing or fMRI
- •10. intake of neuroleptics or anti-dementia drugs
- •11. MoCA = 20
- •12. MRI evidence of an intracranial hemorrhage, a cortical infarction, a space-occupying lesion, white matter lesion mimics
