Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All hip arthroplasty patients for surgery at Noarlunga Hospital or Flinders Medical Centre with no contraindication to either spinal anaesthesia with intrathecal morphine or ropivicaine based regional technique
Exclusion Criteria
- •Contraindication to spinal anaesthesia. Patient refusal, allergy or contraindication to intrathecal morphine or regional analgesia
