- •Elderly women; aged 60 to 80; hypertensive stage I and II; sedentary; no target organ damage
Exclusion Criteria
- •Volunteer smokers; history of alcohol or drug abuse; mental disorder; having systolic and diastolic blood pressure above 180 mmHg and 110 mmHg
