- •Patient undergoing emergency lower limb surgery.
- •ASA grade I II III
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient not willing to participate.
- •Pregnant patient .
- •Patient with nasogastric tube in situ.
- •Patient who are not able to lie on right lateral position.
