Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosed cases of diastolic dysfunction of grade 1st and 2nd
Exclusion Criteria
Diastolic dysfunction cases of grade 3rd and 4th
patients with left ventricular ejection fraction less than 40%
patients with a history of coronary artery bypass graft or stenting procedure
known cases of valvular heart diseases and thyrotoxicosis
pregnant and lactating women
