- •2. Group A- Non-diabetic individuals
- •3. Group B- Individuals with Diabetes Mellitus (Glycated hemoglobin above or equal to 5.7)

- •1. Systemic diseases other than Diabetes Mellitus
- •2. Pregnant women
- •3. Patients presenting with infection of non-odontogenic origin
