Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Presence of odontogenic space infection which require surgical drainage
- •2\. Group A\- Non\-diabetic individuals
- •3\. Group B\- Individuals with Diabetes Mellitus (Glycated hemoglobin above or equal to 5\.7\)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Systemic diseases other than Diabetes Mellitus
- •2\. Pregnant women
- •3\. Patients presenting with infection of non\-odontogenic origin
