Inclusion Criteria
They are community-dwelling aged 60 year or above.
They have minimum literacy skills.
Exclusion Criteria
They need help to go to the primary health care centres (PCC).
They have cognitive impairment or dementia.
They have a medical condition that contraindicates physical activity.
They have any severe mental health problem that hinders participation in a group participation.
