Not receiving drug therapy or other psychotherapy
Conducting a clinical interview
Exclusion Criteria

Not getting the required grades in the questionnaires

Name Time Method High score in Beck Depression. Timepoint: before the beginning of therapeutic interventions in the first session, after the completion of the therapeutic intervention in the eighth session. Method of measurement: Beck depression questionnaire.;High score in Beck Anxiety. Timepoint: before the beginning of therapeutic interventions in the first session, after the completion of the therapeutic intervention in the eighth session. Method of measurement: Beck anxiety questionnaire.;High score in Madzely Obsession Questionnaire.
