Getting high marks in the questionnaire
Not receiving drug therapy or other psychotherapy
Conducting a clinical interview

Exclusion Criteria

Receiving drug therapy or other psychotherapy at the same time
Having mental disorders
Not getting the required grades in the questionnaires
