入选标准
- •1. Age > 18 yr
- •2. Patients with mild, moderate and severe aortic stenosis diagnosed with echocardiogram.
- •3. MDCT scan will be performed within a period of 3 months after enrollment in prospective cases (with informed consent)
- •For retrospective cases : aortic stenosis (all degree of severity) with MDCT data within a period of 3 months
- •4. Concordance severity grading of AS
排除标准
- •1. Children <18 years of age
- •2. Endocarditis
- •3. Classical and Paradoxical low flow †low gradient severe aortic stenosis
- •4. Incomplete / non-diagnostic echocardiographic image quality
- •5. Pregnant women
