Ability to understand and sign informed consent
regular pain medication
chronic pain
further corneal diseases (which did not lead to phototherapeutic keratectomy)
phototherapeutic keratectomy already performed on study eye or on other eye
former ocular surgeries on study eye
chronic or acute inflammation of anterior segment of the eye or former herpetic infection on study eye
systemic diseases with reduced wound healing, z.B. diabetes, systemic Lupus erythematodes
pregnancy, lactation period
