? Adults over 19th years below 70th years
? Patients with traumatic spinal cord injury
? Patients with complete sensory and motor nerve function injury (ASIA-A), when measured by ASIA2002 standard
? Patients with complete motor and incomplete sensory nerve function injury (ASIA-B),when measured by ASIA2002 standard
? Patients within 6 month(subacute) or 2 years(chronic) after spinal cord injury
? Patients who received cell therapy before
? Patients with concomitant skeletal fractures or other assciated injuries which could affect neurological examination
? Patients with severe other systemic disease which could affect neurological examination
? Patients with tumorous spinal cord injury or disease
? Patients with concomitant joint and muscular atrophy
? Patients with concomitant progressive or non-progressive other neurological illness
? patients with substance abuse or other psychiatric disorders
? Patients who are unfit for cell transplantation judged by the physician in charge
? Patients with concurrent mechanical spinal cord compression which required secondary decompression operation
? Patients with multiple spinal cord injury
? Patients with other injuries or diseases which could cause side effects during surgery under general anesthesia
? Patients who participated in another clinical trial within the past month
