•? Adults over 19th years below 70th years
•? Patients with traumatic spinal cord injury
•? Patients with complete sensory and motor nerve function injury (ASIA-A), when measured by ASIA2002 standard
•? Patients with complete motor and incomplete sensory nerve function injury (ASIA-B),when measured by ASIA2002 standard
•? Patients within 6 month(subacute) or 2 years(chronic) after spinal cord injury

•? Patients who received cell therapy before
•? Patients with concomitant skeletal fractures or other assciated injuries which could affect neurological examination
•? Patients with severe other systemic disease which could affect neurological examination
•? Patients with tumorous spinal cord injury or disease
•? Patients with concomitant joint and muscular atrophy
•? Patients with concomitant progressive or non-progressive other neurological illness
•? patients with substance abuse or other psychiatric disorders
•? Patients who are unfit for cell transplantation judged by the physician in charge
•? Patients with concurrent mechanical spinal cord compression which required secondary decompression operation
•? Patients with multiple spinal cord injury
•? Patients with other injuries or diseases which could cause side effects during surgery under general anesthesia
•? Patients who participated in another clinical trial within the past month
