Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Cancer patients who was documented as palliative patients, and were 18 years of age or older .Patients or caregiver could answer questions from Palliative care outcome scale (POS thai) and could access to line official.
Exclusion Criteria
- •high risk group of palliative patients such as
- •brain metastasis with RT, spinal cord compression, new onset delirium, suicidal ideation, severe dyspnea, GI obstruction, severe pain , severe anemia.
