Inclusion Criteria
? Patients who meet the diagnostic standards of Western medicine and are diagnosed with ALS; <br>? Aged 30-85 years old; <br>? Complete clinical data, especially complete biochemical examination data before and after taking traditional Chinese medicine.
Exclusion Criteria
?Cases where the diagnosis and outcome are unclear, information is missing or safety is in doubt; <br>?Those with incomplete medication information and clinical data; <br>?Patients with comorbidities such as hypertension, diabetes, and other diseases that may affect kidney function;<br>?Patients with a combination of acute and chronic liver and kidney function abnormalities, malignant tumours and other diseases.<br>
