Inclusion Criteria
1.Dental students, technicians and staff in the age group of 18-25 years.
2.Dental students, technicians and staff having a DMFT score lesser than 3
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients who had taken antibiotic prophylaxis for past 1 month.
2.Patients undergoing orthodontic brackets
3.Patients suffering from any systemic conditions.
4.Patients with Dental fluorosis.
