1. Epiphora
2. Discharge from birth which does not respond to nasolacrimal duct massage
3. If the child has a previously confirmed diagnosis of congenital NLDO since birth, they will be included in the study, upto the age of 4 years.
Exclusion criteria will consist of any ocular pathology which could influence refractive status will be excluded from the study, for instance:
1. Media opacities
2. Glaucoma
3. Syndromic children with congenital NLDO
4. Children who have a prior history of surgery
