Irregular cycle, clinical hyperandrogenism, biochemical hyperandrogenism

Exclusion Criteria

Primary amenorrhea due to structural deformities, regular cycle, gastritis, gastric ulcer, liver disease, depression or bipolar disorder, contraindication to exercise.
